To keep you on track and motivated for The JLF Trek, we’re doing something a little different this week. We’re working with Simone Ivkovick from Lume Movement  to bring you a weekly workout program to do at home.

Week one focuses on increasing your strength. Simone introduces us to simple upper and lower body exercises and finishes with stretches, important for preventing injuries and promoting healing in the body. Follow Jodi Lee Foundation on Instagram and Facebook to receive the weekly updates.

If you would like to get a little more out of your daily workout, book a one on one pilates class with Simone online at Lume Movement. This gives you the opportunity to discuss your exercise goals with Simone, such as The JLF Trek, injuries or physical conditions you would like to work on.

If you haven’t already, you can join our club on Strava to keep connected with your JLF Trek team and other participants. You can record your walks, share them with the club and invite friends to join. To join, simply download the free Strava app on your phone, search for The JLF Trek club and click ‘request to join’.
