We have started a training club on Strava so that we can continue to train for The SA Trek together.

Strava is a social-fitness network that can track your movements. Whether it’s cycling, running or studio exercise, Strava uses GPS to track your movements and generates posts about your exercise for your own use or to share with your friends and family. The best thing about it is, it’s free!

We are all having to adjust our lifestyles to distance ourselves from others. Strava keeps you connected by allowing you to share, post and message while following your friends, family and community. Sometimes seeing what someone else has achieved is enough motivation to get yourself up and about.

What better time to start training for The JLF Trek SA than now. To get started:

1. Download the free app Strava onto your phone
2. Make an account – all you need is a username and password
3. On the explore page under clubs search The JLF Trek
4. Click on the club and request to join

Don’t forget that you can also share your adventure with us on social media. Connect with us on The JLF Trek SA Group on Facebook, or via Instagram use #JLFTrek or tag us @jodileefoundation. We’d love to see a screenshot of your Strava route, a photo of you, or an image of where you had your walk today.

Please know our team is always here to help if you have any questions or concerns. We are all in this together. More importantly we want to thank you for your ongoing commitment.
