We are thrilled that Channel Seven News anchor, Graeme Goodings has become our first ambassador.
Graeme is a veteran Australian television journalist. He is best known as a News Presenter with 7 News Adelaide.
In 2004, Graeme was diagnosed with bowel cancer. He underwent surgery, chemo and radiotherapy in conjunction with complementary medicine. After 8 months convalescing Graeme returned to the Channel 7 news desk.
As our ambassador, Graeme hopes to emphasise the significance of the early detection of bowel cancer, and to get all Aussies to start screening themselves every year once they hit their forties.
Graeme has released a DVD called Cancer – What Now? for cancer patients and their families. The DVD is available from the Cancer – What Now website.
