Partnership Spotlight: Lending Solved – Proudly supporting Jodi Lee Bowel Cancer Foundation
We’re incredibly grateful for the support of Lending Solved, who selected the Jodi Lee Bowel Cancer Foundation as their charity partner for 2026, and are proud to share the impact they’re already making.
For every home loan settled in 2026, Lending Solved is donating $50 to the Jodi Lee Foundation, helping us continue our mission to save lives through bowel cancer prevention and early detection. Thanks to settlements so far this year, they have already contributed $3,000 through this initiative alone.
But that’s not all! Through their nostalgic Lizzie McGuire Movie Night in Brisbane in May, attendee donations and dollar matching through a recent mortgage webinar, and their ongoing home loan pledge, the team has now raised an incredible $4,904 in support of our work.
Each year, the Lending Solved team nominates charities that are personally meaningful to them and invites their community to vote on which organisation they will support. This year’s voting was incredibly close, and we’re honoured to have been chosen as their 2026 charity partner.
As Lending Solved Mortgage Broker & Founder, Jessica Bailey, shares:
“There is also a personal story behind why the foundation was nominated. One of our brokers, Ellara, put forward the Jodi Lee Foundation because her mum is currently battling stage 4 bowel cancer. Through watching what their family has gone through, Ellara felt strongly about supporting a charity that focuses on education and early detection, so that hopefully other families and individuals don’t have to experience what hers has.”
Stories like Ellara’s mother remind us why awareness, prevention and early detection matter so much.
The team at Lending Solved will also be spreading some Christmas cheer while supporting the Jodi Lee Bowel Cancer Foundation through their upcoming Christmas parties in Brisbane and Perth. They warmly welcome members of our community to join them for a fantastic evening of connection, celebration and fundraising. A huge thank you to Jess, Ellara and the Lending Solved team, their clients, and everyone who has supported their fundraising efforts. Together, you’re helping us spread vital bowel cancer prevention messages and work towards a future where fewer Australian families are impacted by this disease.
