Gut Truth Podcast launches today. Exploring digestion, disease and how to achieve better gut health.

Gut Truth, an 8-episode gut health podcast hosted by gastroenterologist Professor Rob Bryant, launched today.

Hosted by Adelaide-based gastroenterologist, Professor Rob Bryant, and his longtime friend, Cas, Gut Truth features evidence-based conversations with Australia’s top clinicians and internationally respected experts in gastroenterology, nutrition and the gut microbiome.

A deep dive into digestion, disease and how to achieve better gut health, the series covers: diet, probiotics, the gut microbiome, faecal microbiota transplantation, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease and early-onset bowel cancer.

Gut Truth goes beyond the usual interview format, by taking us into a colonoscopy, a faecal microbiota transplant, a microbiome lab and a hypnotherapy session, and sharing the experience of patients living with gut disease.

With Australia seeing alarming rises in gastrointestinal diseases, sharing credible, expert-led information has never been more urgent. Rob and Cas created Gut Truth to cut through the misinformation surrounding digestive health and empower listeners to take control of their health.
