Researchers from Flinders University want to know about factors influencing participation in peer support and clinical trials for people living with and beyond cancer.
If you have ever been diagnosed with cancer, you are invited to take part in a 30-minute survey (online OR on paper).
The survey will ask you about:
- Background circumstances
- Ways you use or do not use either domain of cancer care
- Social Support
- Wellbeing
The study is a short (approximately 30-minute) survey that aims to explore and understand various factors that may influence the participation and engagement in two major cancer care domains – peer support groups and clinical trials – across the cancer community.
The research team are looking for broad representation across people diagnosed with different types of cancer, including people diagnosed with bowel cancer.
Any person above the age of 18 years, living with or beyond cancer is eligible to take part.
Participants can choose to go into the draw for one of four $50.00 Wish (Woolworths) gift vouchers.
To participate, please access the survey online here.
