Strava just got a whole lot sweeter with lululemon.

If you have already joined The JLF Trek group on Strava and are frequently logging your activity, you are halfway there. Otherwise, if you have been hesitant to join, this may just be the deciding factor.

Our Trek friend lululemon has started a 4 week Move and Stay Connected challenge. The challenge launched Monday 13 April on Strava, however you can still join up today! With over 202,000 participants worldwide, lululemon is encouraging its Strava club members to move 5 days a week for 4 weeks for only 20 minutes a day. You don’t even have to be a runner, simply manually log your 20 minute activity for the day to qualify – Pilates, yoga, HIIT, swim – the list is endless.

The BEST news is that your efforts won’t go unnoticed. Complete the 4 week challenge and you will receive a post challenge benefit. We hear this is one you don’t want to miss.
