Nick Lee was presented with his award as a 2021 Local Hero for Westfield Marion.

We also enjoyed the opportunity to meet the two other Westfield Marion Local Heroes – Matthew Townsend from Lion Hearts Learning and Pauline Dodd from Blackwood Action Group. Congratulations to Pauline and Matthew!

As a Local Hero Nick, Matthew and Pauline each received a $10,000 community grant to support the work of their respective organisation.

A big thank you to Westfield and Scentre Group for the opportunity and recognition and thank you again to the community, Westfield Marion shoppers and everyone who voted for Nick.

Westfield Local Heroes is an annual initiative run nationally by the Scentre Group which has awarded over $4.88 million to 489 community organisations to date.
