We’re thrilled to welcome Steve Testar as a Jodi Lee Foundation ambassador.

Steve is the Co-Founder & CEO of Showcase SA. In 2019, Steve saw an opening to deliver crucial work of supporting, connecting and showcasing South Australian businesses. Thus, Showcase SA was born. Steve’s passion for local business and his strong network of South Australian professionals has driven Showcase SA to where it is today. As a fiercely independent, proud locally owned and operated small business, Showcase SA understands the challenges faced in the current climate across the South Australian business community.

Steve’s devotion to helping South Australian businesses is also displayed in his charitable work. Partnering with Glam Adelaide and the Glam Adelaide Foundation, he raised nearly $500,000 for South Australian bushfire-affected communities at the SA4SA Bushfire Appeal Gala in 2020. On Australia Day 2021, the event saw Kelly Noble (CEO, Glam Adelaide) and Steve receive the City of Adelaide Citizen of the Year award for Community Event of the Year.

Jodi Lee Foundation is a proud member of Showcase SA, allowing us to connect with South Australian businesses and industry leaders. Last April, we had the honour of being the charity partner for the Showcase SA Gather Round Lunch, featuring a legendary panel of Billy Brownless, Andy Maher, Cameron Mooney, Kane Cornes and Ebony Marinoff, alongside emcee Mark Bickley, sharing insights from their AFL careers.

Steve’s passion for health, wellbeing and making a difference aligns perfectly with our mission to empower Australians to take charge of their health through early detection and lifestyle choices.

“Last year I was able to bring awareness of bowel cancer to one of my friends, who after one of my Showcase SA lunches went and did the bowel screening test. It returned a positive result, which turned out to be cancerous polyps that were immediately removed. The ability to share information that can save lives is so important to me.”
