What an incredibly inspiring and impactful afternoon it was at the Jodi Lee Bowel Cancer Foundation International Women’s Day Luncheon at Adelaide Oval.

Our powerhouse panel – Nabula El Mourid, Founder of Supermarket Swap, and leading nutrition scientist, Dr Jane Bowen, unpacked the powerful connection between food, health and wellbeing, and the everyday choices that truly change lives. We all walked away with so many practical tips!

We then settled in for a candid and uplifting conversation, as Belinda Heggen sat down with Bec Judd to talk business, motherhood, wellness and finding purpose behind the spotlight.

Bec also shared how losing her friend Nicole to bowel cancer changed her outlook on facing challenges and drives her to to encourage others to advocate for themselves, and push for answers if something doesn’t feel right.

We were blessed to be guided by the vibrant energy of our MC and Jodi Lee Bowel Cancer Foundation Ambassador, Jasmin Teurlings from 7News, who also bravely shared her own family’s experience, opening up about losing her aunt Tracey to bowel cancer.
