RAA x Jodi Lee Bowel Cancer Foundation Workplace Program.

Earlier this week, we had the honour of presenting our Workplace Program to RAA, educating their team on the simple, yet powerful steps they can take to help prevent bowel cancer. We truly valued the opportunity and greatly appreciate RAA’s commitment and support.

A special mention to Dale Sweeney, State Director of Schiavello, who introduced us to the RAA team, and also kindly offered to supply 150 bowel screening kits to RAA employees under 45, who are not eligible for the free bowel screening test kit from the Australian Government.

This generous contribution will no doubt have an incredible impact and has the potential to save lives. Thank you, Dale and Schiavello, for your generosity and dedication to our cause – we are so grateful.

With Dale being a Jodi Lee Bowel Cancer Foundation Ambassador and Schiavello as a valued corporate partner, this support is a powerful example of paying it forward. With Schiavello currently building RAA’s new facility, this gesture reflects the meaningful relationships that can form between businesses and their clients – relationships that create real impact, foster community wellbeing, and ultimately help save lives.

Our Workplace Program is an ideal starting point for businesses wanting to strengthen employee health and wellbeing. The presentation takes approximately 40 minutes, and there’s plenty of time for questions afterwards.

The Workplace Program educates attendees about the active steps they can take to BEAT bowel cancer:
✅ Be active and healthy
✅ Explore your family history
✅ Act on symptoms
✅ Take the bowel screening test.

The presentation also emphasises why awareness is critical. Bowel cancer is highly preventable, and with early detection, up to 99% of bowel cancers can be successfully treated. This is why we are so passionate about sharing this message.

Every conversation, every screening kit, and every workplace we visit moves us closer to a future where fewer families are touched by bowel cancer. We are deeply proud to stand alongside businesses who are committed to protecting the health of their people. Because together, we’re not just raising awareness; we’re saving lives.
