This Easter long weekend, take five minutes for your health.

Amid the chocolate, catch‑ups and slower moments this Easter long weekend, take a few minutes to do something meaningful for your future wellbeing.

Whether you’re opting in for your first free bowel screening test (ages 45–49), or completing the one you’ve received at 50+, this quick, easy test could save your life.

Aged 45–49?
You’re now eligible for a FREE bowel screening test from the Australian Government – BUT you need to REQUEST one.
Head online and opt in to receive your first free kit. https://www.ncsr.gov.au/bowel-program

Already requested yours? Start the conversation with friends, family and colleagues in this age group – a simple nudge, or, as we say, ‘Talking Sh!t’ could save a life.

Aged 50–74?
If you’ve got a test waiting at home, make this the weekend you complete it.
– Open the envelope and read the instructions so you know exactly what’s involved (it’s easier than you think!).
– Then place the kit in your bathroom so it’s visible and easy to remember when it’s time to use it.
– Need a replacement test? Reorder your free kit now and prioritise your health.
Take time for your wellbeing this weekend – your future self will thank you.

Order (or re-order) your free kit through the National Bowel Cancer Screening Program:
ncsr.gov.au/boweltest or phone 1800 627 701

Not eligible for a free kit? You can purchase one from our website here.

Because when it comes to bowel cancer, early detection saves lives.
