This free community event will feature chats from our Founder & Chair, Nick Lee OAM, and bowel cancer survivor and advocate, Kris Butler, raising awareness about the symptoms of bowel cancer and the simple steps you can take to help prevent the disease.

Bowel cancer is the leading cancer killer in 25-44 year old Australians – but here’s the good news: if detected early, up to 99% of bowel cancers can be successfully treated or even prevented.

We’re starting conversations that lead to check-ups. We’re breaking down stigma around speaking openly about poo and bowel habits. And we’re reminding people – especially younger Australians – that bowel cancer doesn’t discriminate.

We’d love for you to join us for this free community event to learn more about bowel cancer and also enjoy a night out with your friends and family at the beautiful Elford Hotel.
