Given current uncertainty around the coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19) it has been decided to postpone the ANZ Community Ball scheduled for tomorrow night, Saturday 14 March at the Adelaide Convention Centre.
The health and wellbeing of everyone involved in the event is our top priority and we believe this is the right decision given the current circumstances.
We will look to reschedule the event at a later date and for now guests do not need do anything as their ticket/table remains valid. Once the new event date is confirmed, guests who are unable to attend can request a refund. Further information will be provided as soon as possible.
More than $200,000 worth of items have been donated for the night and we still plan to auction these at a later date to raise funds for the charity partners. Food ordered for the event that is perishable has been donated to Foodbank and other items will be held for the event at a later date.
We’re obviously very disappointed that we have had to postpone this incredible community event, however we believe this is the right decision and thank you for your understanding. Importantly, we would like to thank everyone who has purchased a ticket/table and supported in way, in particular our fellow sponsors and volunteers who have been working tirelessly behind the scenes to prepare for this weekend.
