Drafted to the Sydney Swans in 2014, “young gun” Isaac Heeney was quickly nominated as an AFL Rising Star in 2015. The talented midfielder has thrown his support behind our campaigns over the past few seasons. Isaac Heeney joined the Swans in 2015; picking up an AFL Rising Star nomination is he debut year.

Isaac’s family was impacted by bowel cancer when his grandfather did the free Government Bowel Screening Test a couple of years ago. Fortunately for Isaac’s family the bowel cancer was detected early and their grandfather is doing well.

Isaac believes the kit being free on the NBCSP was a positive contributing factor for his grandfather completing the test.
