On Saturday 31 August, Letcher Moroney presented the inaugural Strength in Numbers Soiree, partnering with the Jodi Lee Foundation.

This wasn’t just another gala dinner; it was a celebration of unity and purpose. More than 450 guests gathered at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre to enjoy an unforgettable evening complete with a 3-course dinner and drinks, exciting fundraising elements, including a live auction and top-notch entertainment.

The night was a huge success for both Letcher Moroney and the Jodi Lee Foundation, the energy in the room and the generosity of the guests was second-to-none.

We’ve been busy crunching the numbers from the fundraising and can now officially announce that the Strength in Numbers Soiree raised an absolutely incredible $79,183 for the Jodi Lee Foundation! These funds will go a long way to supporting the Foundation in their fight against bowel cancer.

Bowel cancer is alarmingly the leading cancer killer in 25–44 year-olds, and the second leading cause of cancer-related death in all Australians, but it doesn’t have to be. If detected early, up to 99% of bowel cancer cases can be successfully treated, and this is why the Jodi Lee Foundation is so passionate about raising awareness for the early detection and prevention of the disease.
